Imagine a country where six year olds can go to school on their own, without any hesitation! Imagine a country where people will walk for almost a mile with you to show you the correct place if you're lost! Well, this thought might look a little too dreamy for an entire country, right? The First Time I Ever Cried After Reading A Book!

Image
I never thought a book or a movie could make me cry. Sure, I had read books that moved me and had me pondering about it for a very long time; but tears? I had always been a hard, not so emotional person when it came to stories. But one book proved me wrong. I still remember, when I had turned to the last page of the book, my hands were trembling, and my vision was blurry, and I could feel a lump in my throat. That book was Anne Frank's Diary . I have always been fascinated by stories about World War, or the Holocaust. I have a passion for history and usually find these topics really intriguing. But, I had always read facts, and data. Everything that I had read was just in numbers. The fatalities, the innocent lives vanished away was just written in numbers and long forgotten. I wanted to know how the world felt through the eyes of a commoner living in those times. That wasn't enough to feed my book-loving soul. I had always wanted to know these stories from the perspective of a...

How To Make Reading A Habit (Without Feeling As If You're Studying For An Exam!)

Let's be real- Who doesn't dream of becoming a reader? We all wish to curl up with a book, on a cozy night, and have a cup of hot chocolate, looking all intellectual and mysterious. We all know reading has got such an aesthetic vibe to it that everyone wishes to start. But what actually happens in reality? We read for 5 minutes and scroll Instagram for 45 minutes, or probably read one paragraph before giving up and falling asleep. So, how do you actually become a reader without making it feel as if it's a punishment? Well, as a 13 year old who has had a passion for books since as long as I can remember, I can surely give you some tips! 1- Start Small  Nobody is asking you to finish a 500 page thick novel in a week. Instead, if you are someone, who wants to start reading, start reading for 5 to 10 minutes a day. 5 pages a day is enough if you are new to books. Remember, do not force yourself. Reading is like workout- start with baby steps, and in no time, you will start flex...

Image
The global AI landscape is becoming much more competitive. The emergence of DeepSeek, a Chinese AI startup, has already become a serious competitor to OpenAI's ChatGPT, Meta's Llama, and Google's Gemini. The company promises to offer low-cost yet powerful AI models, unlike its rivals. It has proven to be such a great competitor, that ChatGPT has planned to launch another model. Is this really "the Sputnik moment" for AI, or is it yet another ambitious wannabe that will be left behind? Let's evaluate it.  DeepSeek seems to be growing in popularity due to its advanced AI models, which leverage cutting-edge techniques. Only $5.6 million is used to train its AI model. These techniques allow DeepSeek to achieve excellent results while incurring much smaller costs; reports state that it could be 20 to 40 times cheaper than OpenAI's models. DeepSeek AI is completely free to use, unlike ChatGPT's 01 model, which charges $200 monthly. When tested practically, i...
